Excellent service!
I had an older Chihuahua that needed immediate attention. I believe she was in sever pain and need to be put to sleep. I was turned away. This was first thing in the morning. She was going out on a farm call to preg test some cattle. I believe she could have taken the time to put my girl at rest. We had to put her down ourselves. I found another vet but is a one hour drive.
My dog was attacked by other dogs, I tried to come in as an emergency and I was turned away.
We live in Kelowna but have family in Medstead so out to visit every year or so. We have a spoiled older chihuahua and need people who are kind and gentle and have found that this place is everything you need and want it to be. I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend this place for all of your fur baby's needs!!
